We believe in the optimal utilisation of so-called ‘everyday resources’ in an efficient and effective manner to produce a solid outcome that is ‘dynamic’ in nature. We acknowledge that change is inevitable and that the need to manage change is of paramount importance and can never be over emphasised. Ralph Chinyamuchiko
Ralph, the founder of Dynamic Excellence. A visionary and strategist who holds a wealth of experience and knowledge in the world of business. Having started his professional career in Zimbabwe, Ralph moved to work for a Marketing and Advertising company in South Africa where he held a senior position for more than 10 years. In Dynamic Excellence, he is the strategic voice; Ralph also oversees the operational management function of the business and ensures that all deadlines are met.
Olean Chinyamuchiko
Olean, co-founder of Dynamic Excellence.
A naturally creative individual who visualises always what is beyond. She is a highly enthusiastic individual, passionate about brand development and entrepreneurship. Over the years Olean has developed skills which include, but not limited to, international relations management, strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and
written). She is an integral part of the Dynamic Excellence’s vision. Olean handles/ manages the design and creative element of the company,
ensuring that all designs are mind blowing and exceed client expectation.
Tinotenda Chiko
Tinotenda is a professional with five years of invaluable experience serving as an Office Manager. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation, Tinotenda ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment.
Throughout her career, Tinotenda has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, managing administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Her ability to multitask and prioritise effectively has been instrumental in meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
